Tracy Zivkovich has administered insurance and other health benefit plans, participated in negotiations, resolved grievances, developed personnel policies and procedures, administered Employee Wellness programs, and other employee benefits including; healthcare, workers compensation, retirement, unemployment, PTO. She has administered compensation and pay plans, assured compliance with Civil Service Law, ADA, EEO, FMLA, and other employment laws.

Tracy has successfully transitioned employees from the State Civil Service System to an approved merit-based hiring system. She has also conducted many seminars and employee training sessions relating to human resource management, employee relations and employment law, particularly ADA and FMLA compliance.
