Experience

Lisa Harkins has administered a wide range of benefit plans and assured compliance with Department of Labor, FASB and SEC Regulations. She has conducted due diligence and personnel audits. She has developed classification and pay plans, created and updated job descriptions to conform to applicable law, conducted fringe benefit analyses including the evaluation of alternative hospitalization coverages to reduce premium costs.  Lisa has prepared employee handbooks, updated personnel policies and procedures and conducted seminars and workshops related to human resource management, personnel and benefits administration. She has also negotiated labor agreements and resolved hundreds of grievances, performed data analysis required for grievance and interest arbitration matters, and performed research and prepared litigation documents for cases involving the EEOC, ADA, FMLA.
